Write to the grievance cell, there are 3 levels. They should reply in 5 days, which they never do. Then call them up and tell them that you are abused, and you will file a police complaint. They will take a soft stance and just back off. If the dont go to the consumer court and get this sorted along read more...

HSBC is certainly the worst bank that i have come across. They really have a very bad credit card management system run at their side. I am frustrated being an HSBC customer.
