I really dont know what they are resolving when I complain. Recently I recieved an email saying my complaint has been resolved. what the hell they have resolved? They dont even mention in email. I have recieved a call from # 8588875898 today. she has as usual 'escalated' and 'assured' me that it will be dispatched in 24 hours. Lets see how it goes. she also told me that she will call me tomorrow again. Also, They are ESCALATING since two days .

Hi srbhanja, And do you know one thing. When you call Customer care you will often hear like they are doing quality check, blah blah.. what a joke.. !! They do no qulaity check. Just under this pretext they keep delaying your dispatch. they are doing same thing with me with my order # 7730383

The worst thing about yepme is that they show you false status on screen and when you call them up they give you different reasons.I see status as "ReadyFordispatch" since 4 days.
