Finally I got the amount credited back to my account. I seriously recommend ezeego1 to do away with their pathetic customer care and use online procedure of complaints(not one like ezeego1's official website) but sites like mouthshut which is reliable, speedy and has power to take your voice to th read more...
Update: Now, after more than 60 days of harassment, lies and around Rs. 200 spent in the calls made to Ezeego1 customer care, they say that they don't have my money. They asked me to contact my bank to locate where my transaction amount has 'disappeared'.
