They do not process any health claim. All numbers are fake. When asked to them to prove it they could not. The evidence are in hundreds where valid claim denied by intentional delay, non reply, no cashless where even hospitalization and all medical documents submitted. They never give any claim to Any policyholder for Health. I have talked to their legal cell also. I tool their policy because they took only 36000 yearly premium instead of 40000 - 42000 other Insurance companies quoting for year for family of four. You are lucky you got something. For me investment of 5 lakhs reduced to 4.7 in 2 years. They forged my signature to activate the policy and NOT allowing me to withdraw till 10 years completion (after which they promise to pay me my principle back with annual 2% interest) - such a huge CHEATING....
