Friends, ICICI Prudential have FORGED my SIGNATURE while I was OUT of INDIA. It is done through TEJ courier, whom they utilize purposely (even when DTDC and Blue Dart service is available) – For difficult to get contacts of senior I-Prudential managers, read on this Systematic Organized CRIME. Any proponent of ICICI- Prudential, feel free to revert to me.
I was working in USA and had come to India in 2010 for 2 weeks’ vacation. While I have gone to bank for savings account related work, looking at my heavy relationship and after knowing that I will be leaving country in 3-4 days, these CHEATERS roped me in selling this policy of 5 Lakhs single premium - by making FALSE growth claims. Not only they made false statements, they also convincingly told me the option to withdraw the amount at actual if I do not like growth pattern.
After tracking the growth for 1 year I was convinced my money will never grow. My 5 lakhs became 4.6 lakhs within a year and 4.7 lakhs in 2 years. When I decided to withdraw at least my 4.7 lakhs, these JOKERS are telling me I cannot withdraw at all for next 8 years as I need to complete 10 years. In 6 months at least 25-30 email communications were responded in IRRELEVANT manner and even the personal visit to ICICI Prudential office in Pune was not helpful as every time I got assurance of Investigation.
The most important part is the policy document was informed to be received by me at my Indian address WHILE I was in USA. I provided them Proof by giving them copy of Passport VISA and immigration stamps of Indian and USA Government which clearly proves where I was on that date.
This policy should never be activated, as it never reached me. My cheque was cashed at my back with complete FRAUDULENT INTENT – and to complete the episode they FORGED my SIGNATURE on courier receipt as By Law they cannot start policy without acceptance from customer.
Although I have ability to absorb loss of 5 lakhs, ICICI PRUDENTIAL is organization of CHEATS. I had awesome experience from US banks and made mistake expecting same from Indian bank. I am planning to go to lawyers to teach them proper lesson for forging signatures but here are some contact numbers of senior people who preferred to hide the CRIME at their end and increase my trouble.
All their investigation is FAKE and at the end of 2 weeks each time they will come with nonsense excuse. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST these CHEATERS. They do not understand at all that they are getting salary from customer money so they should be honest.

She promised for resolution but shocked me my mentioning in her message that I agreed I received policy document. She is chief manager and making such FALSE statements after giving BLACK and WHITE evidence of my being in USA which has endorsement from immigration of two countries.
It is not easy to get these contacts. I was pushed from pole to post but case never went up but when I got numbers, I thought I shall expose these CHEATERS with no value for customer money. They draw hefty salary from admin cost we pay from hard earned money.
