they will push the amount in your account and start the meter immediately. that is the meaning of OD as per them.. which is wrong.. customer now has to return all this to them and if customer taken even a day or 2.. they will charge the interest.

My experience was also similar then i escalted to reliancedigital@ril.com, it goes to Senior VP level and then all the actions wll happen very fast.
