Excellent review adi2001us! I had an ICICIdirect account for 4 years and I faced pretty much all the problems you have mentioned. Highest brokerage, abnormally high annual charges, very basic features.... But the biggest problem is the frequent technical snags when the website becomes unavailabl read more...

Jose- I am shocked at the apathy of icicidirect customer care executives. I have been had an account with ICICIdirect for last 3 years or so and i can vouch for the fact that their costumer care and other services are every bit as bad as you have written.
