Not sure why this happened to you.. generally their service is quite good.. i am ordering from them from past one year, and havent had even one problem so far! infact, this time i was so happy i thought of writing a review and giving them excellent rating!

So.. i called them again.. and i have been calling them again and again for the refund.. and am not getting any response.. !! NEVER BOOK ANY TICKETS ON YATRA.COM... ITs the WORST... I dont think am going to get back my 13000 back!! :(
