This is the worst website (yatra.com) .. I made a booking today.. and gt a confirmation page, which had the fare details.. and said that the ticket was unconfirmed. also the airline PNR column was -----.!! The money was debited from my account (that’s the only thing they do properly I think..) .. and so I called up customer care.. after waiting for 10 mins.. I was told to call after half an hour...
So I called after 1/2 hr... after making me hold for another 15 mins.. they told me to wait for another 1/2hr!!!
so I called after another half n hour.. and then my card details were taken. by that time I was so frustrated that I had booked the tkts from some other website.. and thought of cancelling this. so I told them that I want to cancel the tkts.. they took all the details .. and then asked me to wait.. I waited for another 30mins.. (was calling from my mobile phone!!) and then I was told that nothing could be done.. and I had to wait for ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am waiting for that half an hour to be over.. my 13000 rupees are at stake!!
