Hi Santosh, In case there are no legitimate dues, no company can drag you to court. Do you have a copy of the 0 outstanding letter/ e-mail they sent after disconnection? There are lot's & lot's cases of Tikona coming up with false charges long after the disconnection was duly completed. In read more...
