Hi aschinchrate, u need to get the print of the ticket from TravelChacha site using the PNR provided by them or at least an email stating the booking has failed. Also a confirmation from the airlines that the ticket has not been booked will definitely help.

Please raise a dispute request on the credit card transaction and you have a chance of getting back you money. I got back my flight ticket price of Rs5052 through Standard Chartered because i used their credit card and they will forfeit the amount from TravelChacha's Bank account where it was paid.
