Yours might be a rare case. I bet, if you use their service frequently you can see how unprofessional they are. Let me say, My first experience itself is very bad with them, and in the review also majority of them are saying how bad meru cabs are.

You are correct. I too had somewhat same experience with their service in Bangalore last week. I think they are operating in such unprofessional manner in all four places. MERU Cab is really unprofessional.

Meru's service is really bad, they work as per their convenience. I will never use it and I advise everyone not to use services of such useless people.
