Still, approval is not done. Looks like something is really wrong there. Not even Artha management is saying anything. Now they have shared few legal documents with some of the site owners, but complete approval documents are not there, and again my site number is changed!!! Kiko, don't believe on any builder for property documents validty. They will never say that you should go for recheck of documents... In aurum layouts i can see multiple khata details... Please check for khata details of your site and go for verification...

Some more latest information, Artha Neo 'Aurum' is now approved from BMRDA-HPA(Hoskote Planning Authority). They got approval for initially 10 acres for 140 sites and rest of 5 acres approval is under process. Now things are looking more clear in Artha Neo 'Aurum' project. It is about 2+Km from the NH4 junction (near bridge) and located near to Al-Ameen school BMTC bus stop. I have used this phone for almost 3-4 months, I have not seen any issue as such, only for me build quality is big problem. Looks like its a service center issue not phone. You can try LG Customer Care I am sure you will get your problem resolve very soon.
