I write this review since I wasted my 4 years @ company but having a hopeful nature of human being, realised it after 3 years. 3i is the worst software company to work with. I would not go for company name at all but a company comprises of its people esp managers.
If you meet with a manager of 3i and you are infact an engineer working in some other software companies you will laugh at their knowledge and expertise. They are mailers, cannot do anything else rather sending the mails and that too when I passed out of my Btech, I guarantee I can write better mails than them.
3i recruits mainly BCOM’s and especially is the company for those who
either can’t get any job elsewhere
Are educationally and technically novice.
Are teachers in Aptech and NIIT and desperately wants to join software company
3i infotech gets its only talented work force from its freshers recruitment drive only where they really make fools of some BTechs and MCA’s.
Needless to say they lose them after 2 yrs since they are not capable enough to pay for them.
50% workforce in 3i is of BCOM and BSC guys who had one certification expertise and hence they are the low cost employees.
Company can accomodate these since they will stay with company for some 10 yrs and call them faithful while the truth is that they cannot get job anywhere else. I call them "PARASITES".
I saw some exceptionally good guys at 3i, and wondered why they are in this company? Till I discovered why, they had already left.
Same goes with 3i upper management, Mumbai HR department of 3i is like a departments of dead. They will never listen to any employee grudges and problems needless to say thay sometimes are frustated by themselves.
CEO of 3i, who sits in US and visits one time should pity at his leadership skills. He reports 80% growth never trying to know how engineers who created their products are being harassed.
If you want to be harassed, go ahead and join it. I am sure you will regret it unless you are in 2% lucky guys who are between gud people@3i.
