Well awards are given at some point to the company may be its doing good for that time and we all know truth behind awards. If no conpany is good/bad then what is the sense of reviewing anything. You are right when u say i should not call all BSC and BCOM's as parasites but i meant those employees even BE's who has limited knowledge and do no work but remain sitting laying eggs in the company.
