I am giving one star as the system does not allow me to give any less. I purchased a Niva Bupa policy for my parents yesterday through Insuirancedekho and paid the premium. I was told that after the payment goes through I will get a call from the medical team to understand the medical history
The women who called me from NivaBupa threatened me by saying-
If the details you are going to share are found incorrect, they will not issue the policy, will not refund the amount and take legal action against me. On top of it I got a message today saying I need to pay more money to have my policy issued.
I am highly disappointed with this - Imagine the level of pain and harassment one will go through while claiming the policy if one goes through all this while buying the policy.
I am going to take this to the consumer court, as a customer no-one deserves to go through this harassment.
