Frustrated with Nobroker Rental agreement!

My owner had availed nobroker rental agreement services, and paid the whole amount in advance and scheduled an appointment on Sunday 9 April 2023.


This was the biggest mistake done by us, first of all,




  1. There was no intimation whatsoever to me (tenant) on e-mail/text By Mr Rifan, the great!( Relationship Managers are utter nonsense, they don’t do anything for you!)




  2. The slot selected was 3 pm, but due to some certain ’technical’ ?? reasons, the person didn’t showed up on time




  3. He made false promises that he had left for our appointment and was on road , and would arrive within 30 minutes, but guess? He didn’t!




  4. There was no intimation again from so called ’Relationship Manager (?)’ Mr Rifan. I called again and again that day , while I was on the street, waiting for biometric person to arrive.??




  5. He actually arrived after 3-4 hours of delay and said the agreement would be received on e-mail in next 2-3 days.




  6. The biggest part of frustration started afterwards only, as we didn’t received the agreement even after 18 days! , again Mr Rifan, the great, didn’t had time to convey reasons for the delay whatsoever!




  7. Everytime I had to call and enquire about the status of my agreement and would be told that it was stuck in Govt portal, which hard to believe but even if true, we would have been informed during those 18-19 days once about why it is taking time.




  8. My ONLY advice would be to not go with Nobroker Rental agreement for Pune City and search for other agents who also provides same service even at cheaper price and better service than these morons!

Hi Mahesh, we always want our customers to have a hassle-free & timely rental agreement service experience, and our relationship managers give their best to do the same. However, we regret that there was a delay by the vendor due to some issues as well as a delay in receiving the agreement copy through email. Also, we regret that you were not informed about the agreement copy delay. Kindly share your registered contact number so that we can check what went wrong and provide you with a resolution asap.
