I booked the service for a particular date and time. Their partner started harassing us to shift a day before the booked date. When we ask for service on a particular day, I am still not able to understand how they are asking customers to shift before hand. Have you too faced harassment with No Brokerhood anytime?

Yes, it is an absolute waste this NoBroker service! infact there is no service provided at all, they just keep sending messages and some random calls from owner brokers!

They only know to take the money and then there is no service provided! And no resolution for poor procedures at their end. Do not recommend to avail their services at all
This "business" is in part a scam. We need to take these people to consumer court. I have been behind them for several months now. Their customer service keeps ’’escalating’’ and nothing happens after that. They did almost nothing to rent out the property and did not even complete painting and cleaning - just took the money in advance and are holding onto it till today, many months later.

No. They will charge more than brokerage. please beaware of these frauds.
Not sure about selling, but they are no good for rental service as well. Keep a distance from these guys.
No they will initially say Millions of request etc... but ll never do any ground work. my preference would be Magic bricks with Gold pack. as you wont rely on any other third person instead you ll talk to buyers directly Its the same cost if you purchase Guaranteed Money returns.. as they ll say excluding GST rest will be refunded if the property was not sold within 90 days. eventually they ll come up with we will also deduct for service (PATHETIC SERVICE) that was provided.

never sign up for commercial plan. stay away from nobroker. its trap.

They are not at all responsible, they have contract with those vendors whose reviews are not good. They sometimes are very new in the market. No broker will tell you that they have their own movers and packers team, but once you make the payment they will contact some local vendor which you might have avoided if you research your self in the market. So better to go by your own research instead of some broker like Nobroker. They are literally playing a role of broker only.

The portal is good for house search and real value for service. However the experience on Relax plan and Rental Agreement for Mumbai Location not worthy for the money you spend. You can rather take basic plan value for money
Not very useful. NoBroker simply takes your money and connects you to a vendor. The NoBroker person who took my order for movement made certain promises for services and special packaging, but on the day of movement, the vendor refused. When we called NoBroker, they said the person who took the order may have overcommitted but those services are not available. The vendor did a good job but that was without any management or oversight from NoBroker.

I used them last week for moving my stuff in Bangalore. I booked them for moving at 9 AM and the packers came at 12:30 after multiple calls and reminders. They were not punctual. The vendor did provide a decent service in moving the stuff, but i too believe that we will get a better deal if we contact the vendors directly.

Please dont go for nobroker packers and movers. Waste of money, just contact the vendors directly. Nobroker guys arent going to provide any services as promised. They ll get money provide vendor details thru mail and leave it at there.. just Google and get a good vendor that’’s way better. Providing this opinion based on my own personal experience
