WORST t.v I have ever purchased…plus very poor customer support by samsung… I am going to register a complaint in consumer forum and will buy Sony t.v.
We bought a samsung FHD t.v M5570 ON 27TH MAY 2018. We watched it for only 2 days and then there was a motherboard problem. They told they don’t have another t.v in their stock of same model to replace and have provided me with a coupon of equal value after 1 month to buy any samsung product.We again bought the same model from their local samsung centre thinking of that their may be issue in some items.But again we watched it only for 1 month and there is problem in motherboard.I have registered a complaint 1 month ago but they have not solved it. I am trying to contact them for the many days but they are not responding . Only ring goes there but no one is picking the extension no. provided by their so called expert executives.
Please don’t go for samsung t.v. and especially this model. GO FOR ANY OTHER COMPANY.
