I recently purchased a samsung LED and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I am looking forward to installation it's not done yet, Today is 3rd day of purchasing the TV, but unfortunately, the supporting staff fell short bin several areas.Who is going to be paid for all miss behaviour with the customer, Service engineer not picking the call, supporting staff also fail.
