I made a call to ABC Broadband customer care to enquire about the new connection details on 11th february,
after few minutes a guy called my no to fix an appointment for the demo.i was quite surpriced because the customer executive informed me that it would take 3 days to send a guy for demo. any ways I was happy that he s gonna come home shortly for demo and installation.as promised he installed the modem in few hours.i opted for 599 plan which gives unlimited access to internet @ 300Kbps speed.but the max speed which I received is <100Kbps....!! I made a call to customer care again and reported about this issue..they informed me that a engineer will visit my place the next day to solve the issue!!! but there comes the tragedy , i was not able to access the internet from 22/feb/2010 to til date.
if I make a call to the customer support I always get the standard template replies tat too in a poor english!!!
we have to interpret it and understand that..its a bit tricky issue!! but wen ever yu make a cal the dialogues will never change so probably the next time you will undersatnd it better that nothing will happen, you have to make a cancellation request and throw the instrument in to bin!!! that wat I did after waiting for one solid week!!! so Guys beware ABC Broadband s a worst product and to support it it has a very worst customer support!!!! I dunno how it is in other states but in chennai its very poor to go for this service...
