see the customer should be the king...i called that customer care for 10 days... my wait time was around 25-30 min..for that atleast some one should called me from tikona side...but now they have send me a bill for one month and daily they are calling me to remind me about paying it on time...how co read more...

i hardly believe this review.... may be the first half can happened by miracle!!! but you said customer care ppl have attended ur problem immediately nd solved ur problem !!! i dont believe dis!!!!! they wont even understand what we are telling , they ll just read the script in their hands...
