My credit card with ABN AMRO had some transactions done by a miscreant who stole the information not from me but their systems.
I had never used this card since I took it as a backup for emergencies and so I could not have disclosed this information to anyone. I disputed these transactions with them. They widthrew the money forcibly out of my savings account with them without my knowledge as I moved abroad when all this happened.
I had already submitted an application for closing the savings bank account when they widthdrew this money. They stated that my signatures on the account closing application did not match as the reason for not closing the account, they just wanted to take the money.
I have requested them so many times to follow up with the merchants and find out who did these transactions but they do not want to cooperate. There is no insurance on the credit card. I just want others never to fall in the traps of these filchers. In one word stay away from these people. Their e banking system is the worst in the world too. They claim to give you free coffee as their distinctive way of banking. Well thats what I call a white collar goon luring you into their traps.
