I purchased Acer Aspire-5755 on 18th march 2012. After almost six months of usage, there was a problem with keyboard.
Problem description:-
Few keys were auto pressed that caused it to produce beep sound while starting the laptop. I complained it to the customer service over phone and after half an hour in queue over the phone I finally was able to log my case, anyhow I managed to log my case and get my problem solved.

Now after few more months I am facing the same problem again and when this time I contacted the customer service through their toll free no. they gave me the contact details of service center which tells me that it will cost around 4000 rupees to get the keypad replaced.
Now my Observation is that Acer laptops hardly remain good after six months of usage. It is very serious that Acer products are not doing well. My question is that the problem is persisting from the warranty period so I should be given service under the warranty.
Although I have lost faith in Acer hardware and I believe that after six month or so from the replacement it will again behave abnormally, I have no other option than to hope for some good turnout as I have invested some part of my hard earned money in it.
