Not true, In fact Cognizant offers best compensation Multiple of what TCS,Wipro and Infosys offer, unless you are not up to the mark.

10 Years of experience? Why you didn't chose to be manager by role? Try to take responsibility and make it more beautiful than just complaining about gender bias. Rubbish, be careful before doing something very wrong anywhere in this world. In fact Cognizant is much-much better in this aspect too than TCS, Wipro or Infosys.

Yes you are right in my project there is a lateral hire with 6 years of experience but surprisingly his experience is fake and he don't know even ABC of the technology he is hired for. Apart from this most important point is that he gets excellent rating as the managers and leads are his friend. read more...
