I had scratches on my car so Under claim Acko sent it for a paint repair job to some low quality garage ( here is the interesting part they don’t give you any details of the garage). The car came back with a new problem- rat bite damage to the wiring of fuel tank. I showed them photo evidence of the damage and they accepted the problem. That’s where their professionalism and proactiveness ended! I had to get it fixed from Renault by myself and now it’s been over a month of me writing mails to Acko to get reimbursed for that damage. They have simply stopped replying to my emails. This company is like an ostrich they feel the problem will automatically go away if they don’t reply.
Here is my advice- please pay a little more for the insurance premium to a better company. Acko is simply full of incompetent people.
