Hi,
ACT fibrenet has now resorted to loot of data . I have 30 MBPS 50 GB plan. Bought another 50 GB paying 603 on 12th Oct as data usage showed that my FUP data limit is reached on Oct 10th itself.
So in total I had 50Gb+50GB+10 GB(gifted as an upgrade) . Today, 19th Oct its showing me that I have consumed total of 87 GB of data!
No movie download, no video calls nothing. I get hardly 15 MBPS speed at my router. How can I consume this much of data.
This is nothing but amount to fraud and robbery. I`ll try to see if this get resolved else thinking to looking at different options.

Why they have to do all this is still an enigma, you DONT make profit but LOOSE customer. Please have some common sense, ACT team.
If you have technical issue, acknowledge that and fix it, trying to lure new customer and loosing existing customer seems to be yoursuccessful business model you follow!
