They are fraud. These runaway websites are thriving on marketing . we should prosecute such newspaper also for publishing fraudulent company ads. Govt should put some stringent law to deal with these frauds

Got refund ..though amount in question was small (INR 399) the feeling of getting cheated was more hurting. There is no harm in being honest Shopclues .
