I had faced very bad service from act wherein I did not have internet service for a period of almost 10 days in the month of june this year and the act team was pathetically slow and unprofessional in finding a solution to the problem of no internet service.
With the bad experienced I had from act fibernet, I decided to close this account and dropped a mail to the id: support@actcorp.in on 10th july 2019.
It is an irony that act has become very arrogant in terms of how they perceive customer requests/concerns and complaints and it is clearly reflected in the fact that act team reverted to my mail and called me on 15th july and inquired the reason why I was closing the account. After confirming to them that I am very frustrated with the bad service I have had in the month of june this year and since now I had switched to another service provider hence they should close the account and I don’t need their services any more. To worst part is that today is 9th august 2019, and even till today their team handling my closure request has still not contacted me. The reason is very simple. I have the 6 months advance rental aishwaryasingh23ment plan and had made the advance aishwaryasingh23ment for 6 months on 10th may 2019 and hence in may mail I had requested that post the closure of my account the balance money should be refunded back to me and hence the best strategy for act is not to do anything on my closure request. It is really disgusting. I will never advise anyone to use act fibernet service ever. Very unprofessional company.
