WORST SERVICE AT DOUBLE THE PRICE

I have been a ACT broadband customer for about 3 years now(a/c # 102015923414). Though it was mostly a reliable, though expensive service in the beginning, offlate the service has come to the dogs. I have faced almost one outage every alternate month this year(that too when there is lockdown) when you need internet the most.


To make matters worse, every time there is outage, it takes atleast 3 days for restore(after several reminders). If this was not enough they have a terrible billing system. Its almost impossible to enroll for autopay/SI, I tried this for a year and failed, but on the other hand they are very quick to impose a late fee of Rs. 100. I realise this is a quick way to improve the nett income .


Please also note that for the given speed of 150 Mbps, ACT charges Rs.1400/month which is 60% more expensive than Hathway which gives the same speed and much much more reliable service!


Well you may then wonder what am I doing with ACT .


Staying on just enough to share this feedback so that others dont fall prey to ACT. Hope to slowly switch entirely to Hathway
