Ashu, i can understand ur frustration. u are atleast lucky u got a chance to find the connection is bad, in my case after paying 2.5k and waiting for 2 weeks i am still to get the connection.. when i call the rascal who collected the money from me (read dealer) he disconnects the phone and after few days blocks my incoming calls. Fully agree with you. Big giants like Tata & Airtel are into such fraud where they have local 'dealers' who chase u down till u shell out the installation amount. After this they dump u like how a guy dumps his pregnant gf ... when Airtel customer care is contacted they ask u to go to the 'dealer'. read more...
