Folks,
have applied for new ACT connection through ACT mobile app and amount of Rs. 8394 was deducted through my Cred824it card.
Reference number in order summary of ACT mobile app: #HHMP5020895095
Amount deducted: 8394
Date/Time of transaction: 03 Jan 2017 04:09PM
Here is the story so far:
First and foremost, there is no acknowledgement of money received by ACT for this transaction. The only SMS I got was from my Cred824it card.
I called up after 2 days to ACT support number and first time I was told that it takes 3 days to get my information into system. After 6 days, that is on 9th Jan someone calls me and asks me that I need to provide document. So I came home and waited for 4 hours and that person didnt show up
Next day I called same person and he says some problem with port and he needs to wait
Here comes the interesting part:
I call up the customer service to complain about the very bad response for a connection where I HAVE ALREADY PAID MONEY 6 DAYS BACK. The customer service person says he has NO INFORMATION regarding my new connection request - this is not in the system?
He asked me to send email to helpdesk@actcorp.in and I have done that. Waiting for response .
My advice to all - PLEASE DONT REQUEST NEW CONNECTION THROUGH THE APP and aishwaryasingh23 money. Your money will be stuck and customer service will tell its not in their system:(
