Absolutely same kind of experience for me too. Applied new connection through app and 6 months advance of Rs. 8394 was immediately deducted from credit card and no response for next 6-7 days. Finally I call up customer service and they say my new connection request is not in the system. Somehow w read more...

Excellent review. I had a similar experience. Recently bought something else from Flipkart. Eventhough the price at flipkart was slightly higher than what was quoted on other websites, the shopping experience was much better.
