I recently heard about this product a couple of weeks back. I was really happy about the coverage they are giving, and so insured myself for 1 Crore (Rs. 7700+ Taxes for 23 year old guy). They said they will have to take few medical tests only after which the policy will be issued to me(The money was taken though). I was asked to skip my breakfast for the sake of medical test and the meeting was scheduled at 9:30 AM. Right now it is noon and no one has come to meet me yet. There is not even a call from them regarding cancellation/postponement of meeting.
I called the Toll free number that they have given 1800-209-9090, and there is barely any useful response from them. They promised me that they will let me know about the meeting in a couple of minutes, and it has been an hour now and as you might guess, no one has contacted me yet.
I have tried writing mails to their customer care email address they have given in their site and I am yet to get any response.
My question for them is their product is just a month old, and hopefully no one knows about the product yet. Cant they serve the very small set of customers they have with due respect?If they cant even call and keep me updated, how the heck are they going to going to give the life cover if something happens to me?Obviously there are no riders attached to the plan which means I wont get anything if for some reason I become physically challenged.No one knows about the claim-settlement rate till now.
My experience till now has been worst with this product. I am seriously thinking on whether to continue with the product seeing the poor customer services.
