Totally unprofessional service. We felt harassed the moment we contacted them for moving our stuff from Pune to Ghaziabad. Due to poor coordination between their teams, we kept receiving calls from multiple people asking for the same information.
When their arrived for pickup we were asked to pay part of the amount in cash, BTW, they take 100% money in advance.
We have moved multiple times and never had even a small item broken. Thanks to their flimsy boxes and shoddy packing, most of the house hold goods arrived either broken or with leakage.
As they had taken 100% advance payment, their team stopped responding. Will never recommend to anyone.
