Shame on you Agarwal Packers and Movers for marking this issue as resolved without even making an attempt to resolve it. We now share this experience in every possible forum.

We have given up on you. Lot of breakage due to poor packing and transportation. We have moved around a lot and have used TransWorld and PM Relocations. There boxes are sturdy and have lasted for 10+ years. Quite shamelessly, your team stopped responding to our calls.
