Ive been a customer of aircel since its inception and to tell the truth it has been the only reason why Almost every Indian has a mobile. They started with an unbelievable price tag of Rs.2/- per call when bpl was offering at Rs.8 per call. they revolutionised the mobile market. Again the users might have felt they were very strict in payments but it paid them off in the long run Because aircel has the least outstanding payments to collect.
As for the coverage is concerned they have reached nook and corner of Tamilnadu. But being one of the first service providers to come the expansion has not been as the same when they started. They have slowed down a lot and concentrated only in payment collection then on. While the other late comers have covered more areas then they had.
Customer support The aircel management doesnt know what it means Cos as customers we dont know what number to call for customer support. May be they thought you dont need it if u pay ur bills properly and u use ur mobile only to talk and sms.
MMs Gprs what are they what use is it of to you is what aircel asks u? You want them then why did u come to aircel. We are just a basic cell phone operator in tamilnadu offering stone age services.
If you want a cellphone service for your business needs and you want one the serves the purpose of it then u gotta be aircel customer. As for other petty things in life there are others happy to help.
Charges and billing I would tell you that they are the best in the market they are cheap and no hidden costs or wrong billing.
Finally to complete I actually would recommend aircel for hazzle free life.
