Its been horrible 3 weeks post surgery, sitting at home and doing nothing but for few things I could do from home. Lucky me aint living in Delhi, and somehow i hated the food in these so called high class vegetarian hotels. Saravana Bhavan chennai is equally bad, never tasted such aweful food else where in chennai. good that i read this post. thanks

thanks for the calorie chart i actually needed it. Am undergoing a knee surgery and so i will have to reduce weight so that will help my leg heal at a faster pace. and also the other leg wont suffer a lot.
