Worst support: No action on complaints , TECHNICAL

I took Airtel 4G recently, I had good speed in Bangalore Silkboard from where I took the connection.I traveled to Kerala for my hometown and Airtel had connection with IDEA and I was getting


The same speed in roaming. Airtel had promised the roaming coverage while I purchased and even I crosschecked with idea 3g so I was happy.After few days the speed went very pathetic.Thinking that there should be issue with any dues or data-bandwidth over I called and confirmed that I have no dues and upon 15  GB I have used only 5 GB.


From then, the technical guys made me 3 days, 3 times, to put the sim in different mobiles.


I was having a router which I bought for 4500 rs from Airtel. They wanted somehow to


make a statement that sim is having problem and drag this issue. they just want to eat .


They could see that IDEA, Vodafone and bsnl is having high speed 3G in the same place .The guys didn’t turn to check what is the issue and I had to close the Airtel connection.And then comes the call from non-technical:’sir,  due to speed issue, you are closing the issue right?’  they just wanted a reason to close.


I told them its not jUST the speed issue, I had consumed 5 gb in 4 days from the same place using the same conenction.’ she said, sir then we will check again.’


Again they continuously next day call’Sir, what was the reason to close the connection’.My loss is one month is 4500 router+ 1200 rent, And they wanted to close this issue somehow and they will ask’sir,  due to speed issue, you are closing the issue right?’


I do not wanted to


spare more money for the next billing cycle was about to start in one week and I am sure that they are not going to help’


What can consumers do again these things. I also have many other activities than going behind. Now I am not to pay the bill. I will see the calls coming even may be threatening from airtel. I was not afraid of any in my place.

I CAN PAY A LAWYER, if somebody have the same issues . I do not have time


to go behind it.


I am planing to stop all the AIRTEL services, unfortunately I have payed one year full


for airtel digital.from next year I will follow somebody else local connection to whom


I can reach on issues. cursing Airtel.;-)
