I have been Airtel Customer since more than a decade. Since few months I was on 4G network and suddenly since 2 weeks I was only getting 3G network. Tried checking all the settings in my phone but to find that settings were intact. Today when I called customer care center, the representative says your area does not have 4G network. Am surprised like how this sudden change and the way representative answered doesnt show any concern about customers. Very bad network and customer care support. Now I understand why they talk about ooen network as they are very well aware of the pathetic network they are offering with so many call drops and bad data connectivity.
