I have use airtel last three years airtel all services are good so I baught a new conection before four month and use airtel 4G net but last three month he is gone slower and slower.
Net speed - net speed very slow adn if conect again than 1-2 minut good but again slow .airtel now going very irriteting .
my plan - first momth I hava a plan 345 for 28 day with unlimited call and 1GB data/day with one year promish but second time I am recgarge same amount than my plan ended aoutomatic without any notification and they give me 148 in 1.5 gb data only than I cantact custmer siervice .
Costmer service -
1- when I contact custmer service by mail and they call me and say sorry and refund my my half amount only its not good for me but I leave and second time they give me new plan in 349 unlimited call and 100 massage daily and 2.5 Gb data daily so I using again .
But problem same for speed .
2- so I contact again airtel costmer exucutive and tell my all problem like net speed aoutomatic slow down and conect again .so she is says that some. Problem in your area but dont worry about this give some time and I am do correct your all setting and your net contineu fast .
Only 2-4 days net speed very good and again same problem tham I thougt some tower problem so wait some days but no some good .
3- my net speed is very slow so next month I am contact again airtel costmer exuctive and again same procces and same issue and same all excuse .again only 2 days good speed now all are wrost .
Moral - airtel make all our costmer fool how I explane .if you have an monthly pack than net speed very slow and you dont work normaly with net .
But if you have normal net pack like 450 in 5 GB for 28 days than net speed very good and very fast no any problem and no any isuue and your data gone end very fast .
When you have a cheap offer pack like 349 in 2.5 gb net daily net than net very slow you can use only 200-300 mb only one day .
Its a airtel new project make fool people .
So I say tha airtel give type of our service than they lost our costmer and gone dowm on bussiness .
