Bought the dongle and SIM from Airtel. The marketing executive promised lots of support and speed. Once started using, got really good speed and was very reliable for a day and then started all sorts of trouble.
The dongle was not getting recognized nor the SIM. started calling Airtel customer support. Few guys were really helpful and resolved the issue then and there. But overall, it was quite bad as they used to put me on hold and never reply back. One fine day, one of the executive escalated the issue and the field engineer was supposed to visit my place and get the issue fixed but it was days and days, no body turned up. I also received the bill from Airtel for a connection I was not able to use at all.
Frustrated, irritated and quite disappointed on a network which is the largest and supposed to be one of the best in India. Cancelled the connection today with a net loss of 3000.00/- rupees.
Please do not opt for this till Airtel is quite prepared with the 4G Technology and willing to support customer in a proper ways (not like remove SIM, re insert and try again or restart your computer crap).
