Hello iam cell phone prepaid customer with airtel in india . The airtel firm are sending unwanted messsages and deducting from my account. I have asked them to discontinue , but still they’re sending a number of messages and deducting amount from cell phone. This should be stopped immediately. The messages are being received from Airtel: 532101, sending messages , unlimited, and deducting amount from my prepaid balances. I have asked them to stop. Otherwise , I shall report to the Telephone Regultory Authority of india. Still, the firm is doing mischief. Ensure the stop of it and punish the firm firmly with your efforts. I’ve lost maybe more than 100rs . Thankyou.
