I am using Airtel 4g LTE from last 1 year
Its internet speed was very slow compared to other network providers and its speed was around 750kbps per minute which was lesser than 3g network but they were charging for 4g. its data plans also were not so impressive and it charging a high tariff for calls and all.
to talk about connectivity I have personal experience
when I changed into Airtel network I had a recharge of data plan. I think it was 13th june 17 but am unable to connect internet same I conveyed to vendor he contacted customer care they used to say it was done and some foolish reasons that it will take time to get activated
for 3 days I don’t get my internet after I myself went to customer care centre and resolved my problem they said that services were not activated
they were so careless about their customers
Their service and support were so late and not satisfactory
connection reliability was ok
internet speed was very low
