The AD’s show that you can get 4G service in remote places of india, but it’s not true, I visited pondicherry last month and there the speed was around 2mbps -it’s the speed of 2G! therefore what the advertisements show is totally wrong! .
Even the speed is not at all satisfying in cities. You get download speed of arond 10mbps which is a far cry from the 40mbps JIO and VODAFONE 4G provides. So I recommend you to opt for jio or vodafone 4G.
