Well with so many social media alternatives available to the customer. its sounds unreal when Customer care of this provider does not bother about customer sentiment or loyalty.
I am just another unhappy customer .well I complained why my bill was high last month. it was 2800, raised a service request on the web, was rudely spoken to by the CC supervisor. guess what do they do this month.charge me 6800. for the loyalty I have shown. do not subscribe to the air tel 4g Wifi connection.
These suckers would suck out every last penny you have and hang you out to dry. they are worst than.thieves or money grabbing whs.
