I have taken Airtel 4G LTE Router at my residence at Sus Road Pashan Pune in Dec 2014. I continue have intermittent connectivity issues. Airtel technical team replaced router but problem persisted. I was ok since power on off of router helps to restore connectivity.
Technical people do not have right diagnostic tools to identify root cause of problem, whether it is a router problem or problem at tower end. Biggest shock was billing of data usage. I feel data metering is exorbitantly high in Airtel. On one days approx 3.3 GB was metered in 45 minutes. There was no video streaming done. I exhausted my 10GB data in 12 days where as it used to run for one month from previous service provider.
Finally I have surrendered my Airtel 4G LTE connection and lost Rs 2500 as cost for Huawei 4G LTE router.
