I Have taken 4G lite device on 2nd Aug 2013 in Bangalore, Koramangala outlet, with expecting 4 G kind of speed with the device.It took 3 days for the activation.From day one I started facing connectivity issues.
I raised several complaints with the customer care.They spoke very rudely and after doing some survey, they told that my area max speed is 3.2 MBPS.
Even now I am able to get max of 256-512 mbps which is far lower than normal broadband speed. These guys simply say they can’t do anything regarding speed and I have to loose money whatever I have paid for 4 G Dongle i.e 1500 rs.
Anyone who is planning to take, please think that you are taking 2 G device and then proceed.
