The worst Experience I have ever had, I booked an airtel 4g router that is the wifi one and the sales boy(Tejvendar singh) came to my place and gave me the box took 2500rs and asked for the documents which I have submitted and also shared all the necessary thing, He said that it will be activated within 24 hours . There were few more people which were in contact with me:
Tejvendar singh(Sales Guy)
Neha(Airtel representative)
Ankush(Team leader)
I booked from Mohali, I think the above guys are also from the same place as Tejvendar delivered the router which is not activated.After one week it was still not activated, after talking to them more then 100 times they said that by mistake your documents were misplaced . I wonder this is how Airtel works.
Still not activated. Pathetic experience ever had. Request you all please don’t buy Airtel and recheck if you are dealing with above three guys.
