Airtel is big brand from some last years it has many many attractive plans and a better network but its network is very poor so I will not siggest to buy airtesl for villagers. In other hand it have very expensive plans compared to others.
Airtel has many many customers of internet I also used it for 1 months. I didnot find this very useful for my village it has very low network there.
About servise and support I will say that it is ok but not very good.
Its internet speed is good in cities and bad in villages.
